Intention +
Abundance = Power
Intentional
Abundance,
What is it?
Intent and
abundance are not co-dependent, but are affected
by each others clarity and
when done in a believing, positive and clear manner, the universe delivers
exactly what you asked and believed you would get.
Intentional Abundance
is the combined power of intent and abundance while controlling your
thoughts, and adjusting your expectations to a specific degree or
objective. To have an abundance of time, love, wealth, etc. is the
have them in plentiful degree. To have intentional time, love,
wealth, etc is to have them with planned and deliberate amounts and
purpose. Intentional Abundance combines these to help you define
"What exactly do you mean when you say 'I would like to be
wealthy'?" 'What' does "Wealthy" mean to you? Are you
speaking about money?, or are you speaking about other things? If
you are speaking about money, 'how much' money exactly does
"Wealthy" mean to you? If you are speaking about other
things, 'What' are you talking about specifically? and 'how much' of it
defines your wealth and how much more defines your abundance? Does your
intent place limits upon your abundance? Do your beliefs? Are your
thoughts 'Yes, I can receive that!' or are they 'I don't think I will get
it.'?
Which
would you prefer?: to receive the abundance, or, to remove or modify the
belief or scary thought? If you wanted a new car, does that mean
"new to you?" (such as a 1971 Pinto) or does that mean brand new
off the showroom floor?
If obtaining a raise at work was your expectation of abundance, how much of
a raise would that be exactly? What would you expect when speaking
with your boss? What will be his reaction? Why are you limiting your raise
by specifically expecting it to come only from your boss or from his value
of you? Why couldn't it come from somewhere else unexpected and unknown to
you? Does this thought process encourage you, or discourage
you? If you want more time for family, how much time exactly, and
when? If you want a new car, which make, model and year? What color?
And when would you like it delivered?
Your
current state of abundance or scarcity is the product of your previous
thoughts, but do not impose limits upon your future. Be patient! It
took a while for you to get what you already have, it may take a while to
get what you want, OR, it might show up tomorrow morning! Be open to
receiving immediately, and if it doesn't come immediately, continue with a
bright and confident expectation that it will arrive when you are ready to
receive it. Continue to communicate your Abundance with Intent!
It is imperative
to pay attention to your feelings while you define your desires. Your
feelings will illustrate a direction for you much like a compass. This
compass will go haywire when fear, doubt or fixed beliefs interfere.
This is where you might need to either replace your thoughts with more
pleasant expectations, or discard beliefs that no longer suit you. The
compass may simply be saying "not yet" or that the object of your
desire is out of touch with your belief system or current readiness to
receive it.
I am
referring to the limiting beliefs such as "I am not worthy" or
that "If I get paid more, that means I will have more responsibility at
work and less time at home with family", or "I doubt my boss will
give me a raise." If this is the way you are thinking about
yourself, your boss and your world, who are they to argue with you?! Why
not just ask exactly what you want, how you want it, and ask for that in
plentiful amount? Your doubts and fears are equal in power to your
Intentional Abundance, do not give these doubts a place to grow in your
mind.
"Whether
you think you can or you can't, either way you are right."
- Henry Ford
Unintentional
abundance, or negative abundance begins with your thoughts and emotions
in a negative connotation. If your co-worker is paid more abundantly than you are, this
type of thinking can cause you to withdraw from a relationship with
them. You could even act out against them in many emotional ways
that can affect not only your relationship with them, but also your entire
work atmosphere, and if not reigned in, this type of thinking can cause
you to be resentful towards your boss for paying them that amount, or for
your co-worker not being worthy of that amount. You would then
concentrate your thoughts on your lack of abundance, and you would inevitably
attract more of the same. What emotions would this person
have? What would working with them be like? You might get your
raise after your boss listens to you complain about your co-worker, and
fires them, and other coworkers might try the same thing with you!
Intentional
Abundance, or affirmative abundance begins with your thoughts and emotions
in a positive connotation. Instead of negative affirmation, be abundant with your thoughts
and emotions and think more affirmatively, such as "I am glad my
co-worker has received 'an ample quantity' of pay!" and leave the
thought right there, no need to dwell or obsess over the differences
between your value, and their value or your employers judgment. This
will begin to transform the negative to the positive or affirmative
thinking. This will begin to change your thoughts and emotion to the third
definition (relative degree of plentifulness) and will foster a better
relationship and work environment. An employer of a grateful and
happy employee who has good relationships with co-workers will attract a
higher value and probably be promoted sooner than the employee who is
unhappy and critical of the judgment of his boss, and critical of the
value of his co-worker. What emotions would this person
have? What would working with them be like? Would you be more valued
and appreciated as a co-worker?
I have illustrated the
affirmative and negative for a reason: So that you might be more specific
and intentional on what you want in abundance, and that your enjoyment of the abundance
and its pursuit might be a clear and specific intent. Intent and
abundance are not co-dependent but are affected by each others clarity and
when done in a believing, positive and clear manner, the universe delivers
exactly what you asked and believed you would get.
"When
your Intention is Clear, Your Abundance will Follow" - Thom
Paige
Abundance
does not have limits except the ones you place upon it through your
intention, or lack of intention. Much like a person who fires a gun
repeatedly while not taking careful and deliberate aim - they may be lucky
to hit the target, so must you be intentional with clarifying what your
target is, deliberate in your thoughts and focus. The abundance you
receive is directly related to your intent, but is not solely dependent upon
your intent. So take deliberate thought, clarify your target, and
believe. Much like a novice who fires a gun in repeated practice, your
aim will improve, and the abundance of the universe will be yours with
increasing clarity and accuracy.
